Smothered Potatoes with Prawns and Sausage

This is a must make for our weekend supper!

Ingredients

500gr smoked sausage sliced, I use chorizo

1kg potatoes diced in 1/2 pieces (used soft cooking potatoes)

1 diced onion

1 diced bell pepper, any colour

1 tblsp minced garlic

2 tblsp Cajun or creole seasoning (1 TSP if you don’t like spicy)

1 tblsp onion powder

1 tblsp Herbes de Provence or Italian seasoning

1/4 cup chicken or seafood broth

1 tblsp hot sauce of your choice. The recipe uses liquid shrimp & crab boil concentrate which we don’t get here

500gr uncooked prawns – or more!
