On our way home my daughter, Saeeda asked what would mommy them want to eat ? My husband without hesitation said “Sosys Kos” would be lekka. My daughter who grew up in Britain, mommy i love sausage food when mommy makes it but never made it myself.

Sausage Bredie ( Sosys kos )

600gram sausage cut into small pieces.
1 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
2 – 3 green chilles , chopped or more optional
4 – 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced into quarters
2-3,finely chopped tomatoes optional
