Ingredients:
For the dough:
– 4 potatoes
– 200ml potato broth
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 egg
– 12g dry yeast
– 550-600g flour
For the filling:
– 500g minced meat
– 1 onion
– Salt and spices to taste
– 50ml boiling water
– Vegetable frying oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
– Boil and mash the potatoes.
– In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, potato broth, sugar, salt, egg, and dry yeast.
– Gradually add flour and knead until a soft dough forms. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
