Hunk of burning 🔥 love ❤️! This cake is so moist and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 Box White cake mix – any brand – I like the Duncan Hines supreme
8 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup. sugar (I used a little less than a cup as it is so sweet or many omit the sugar since the pineapple is so sweet)
8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar(I used the swerve powdered sugar !)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups chopped pecans
Optional: sprinkle a little coconut on top.
