How to Prepare Avocado Seed (If You Choose to Use It)
Method 1: Dry and Powder
Wash the seed thoroughly.
Cut it into smaller pieces (it’s very hard—be careful).
Dry the pieces (sun-dry or oven at low heat).
Grind into a fine powder using a blender or grinder.
Store in an airtight container.
How to use:
Add ½ teaspoon to a hot water , squeeze in lemon and a spoon of honey stir and drink warm.
Also add to smoothies, tea, or food.
Method 2: Boiled Tea
Cut the seed into pieces.
Boil in water for 10–15 minutes.
Strain and drink like tea.
You can add honey or lemon to improve the bitter taste.
