Delicious Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake with 12 Servings

2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup melted unsalted butter
2/3 cup softened cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping
1 package (6 ounces) strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and crushed pretzels. Press the mixture into the base of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
