π Ingredients:
For the Crust:
– 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup mango puree (about 2 large mangoes, blended)
– 4 oz dark chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
For the Mango Glaze:
– 1 cup mango puree
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons water
For Garnish:
– Sliced mangoes
– Chocolate shavings
