Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
For the Stir Fry:
1 lb chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, thinly sliced
4 oz broccoli florets
1 medium carrot, julienned or thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
1 tablespoon avocado or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup brown sugar or honey
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional, adjust to taste)
