Banana Walnut Cake

Prepare the Batter:
Blend Wet Ingredients:
In a blender, combine 2 ripe bananas, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup oil. Blend until smooth.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Add Milk, Walnuts, and Vanilla:
Stir in 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
Prepare the Baking Pan:
Preheat and Grease:
Grease a 9-inch baking pan with oil and line it with baking paper.
Prepare the Cooking Pot:
Place a stand inside a large pot and preheat on medium flame for 5 minutes.
