1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced against the grain
8-10 oz broccolini (or broccoli), cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsps sherry wine

1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
