You don’t need fancy ingredients to have a crowd-pleasing appetizer. This recipe is proof!

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Take a 9×13 inch baking dish and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Roll out one can of crescent rolls into the bottom of the baking dish, pinching together any seams to create a solid layer.
3. Layer the roast beef over the crescent roll dough, followed by an even sprinkling of Swiss cheese.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the dry onion soup mix, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Drizzle this mixture over the cheese layer.
5. Top with the second can of crescent roll dough, once again pinching any seams together.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the squares are cooked through.
7. While the squares are baking, warm the beef broth in a small pot over medium heat to serve as your dipping sauce.

8. Once baked, allow the French Dip Squares to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
9. Serve the squares alongside the warmed beef broth for dipping. Enjoy your homemade take on a classic French Dip, transformed into an easy-to-share treat!
