WW FUDGY BROWNIES.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup granulated sweetener of your choice (such as erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia)
1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or coat it with non-stick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened applesauce, cocoa powder, granulated sweetener, non-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Gradually add the whole wheat flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
If desired, fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey treat.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
