Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Make the Cookie Bars:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated white sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
