1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, gently melt the cream cheese over very low heat.
3. Stir in the refried beans, sour cream, taco seasoning, chopped green chiles, ground cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Cook until the mixture is smooth and slightly melted.
4. Spoon the mixture into a 9×13 casserole dish.
5. Top with the remaining Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Enjoy!
