Ultimate Cafe-Style Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, beat sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth and creamy. Mix in the mashed bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
