Turtle Cake Roll

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease.
2. Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
3. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add oil and vanilla.
4. Stir in dry ingredients.
5. Spread dough on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
6. Roll up warm cake in parchment paper and let cool.
7. Unroll, spread caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans.
8. Roll up again and place seam side down.
9. Warm cream, pour over chocolate chips, and mix.
10. Top roll with ganache and decorate with pecans
