3/4 C finely chopped maraschino cherries Dry between several paper towels about 30 minutes
1/2 C unsalted butter room temp
2 C sugar
3/4 C heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C white chocolate chips
3/4 C + 2 TBSP marshmallow cream
1 drop of pink food coloring
1/2 tsp cherry juice
