This recipe is so good, I’ve cooked it four times this month and it never gets old!

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
9. Allow the brownie bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Variations & Tips
For a nutty twist, consider adding a half cup of chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter. If you’re a fan of extra sweetness, swirl some peanut butter or Nutella into the batter before baking. For a more decadent experience, top the bread with a chocolate ganache once it’s cooled. And if you’re looking to add a bit of a kick, a teaspoon of instant coffee granules can enhance the chocolate flavor wonderfully.
