Tender and soft no-mix donuts

In a bowl, mix the hot milk, sugar and instant yeast. Let sit for 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.
Add the egg and cooking oil, then gradually add the bread flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth.
Incorporate the butter into the dough, kneading until it is completely absorbed and the dough is elastic.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thickness, cut out donuts, and let them rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil on absorbent paper.
Roll the hot donuts in powdered sugar or fill them with Nutella using a piping bag.
