Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

You will like this homemade Tater Tot Casserole breakfast recipe make with sausage, eggs, cheese also of course Tater Tots!

This dish has always been (and still is!) a hit when I serve it. It’s made with breakfast sausages, vegetables, cheese, simply seasonings and, course, tater tots. It’s incredibly easy, delicious, filling, and simply delicious. There’s also no flour, so it’s a great choice for anyone with a gluten sensitivity.

*ingredients:

°2 lbs hot sausage
°1 (30-32 ounce) bag of frozen tater tots
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 teaspoon of pepper
°1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/4 teaspoon onion powder
°1-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
°8 eggs
°2 cups of milk
°2 lbs hot sausage
°1 (30-32 ounce) bag of frozen tater tots
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 teaspoon of pepper
°1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/4 teaspoon onion powder
°1-1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
°8 eggs
°2 cups of milk

How to Make a Tot Tot Breakfast Casserole
Prepare the oven and heat it to 175°C or 350°F.
Place cooking spray in a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
Place a large skillet on the stove and heat over medium heat.
Add sausage, then cook until crumbly and browned. Scrape off any excess fat.
