Sweet and Spicy Honey Pepper Chicken

1️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the sauce.
2️⃣ In another small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
3️⃣ Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
4️⃣ Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
5️⃣ Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6️⃣ Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet.
7️⃣ Give the cornstarch slurry a quick stir and then pour it into the skillet, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly, about 1-2 minutes.
8️⃣ Once the sauce has thickened, remove the skillet from the heat.
9️⃣ Transfer the Sweet and Spicy Honey Pepper Chicken to a serving plate.
