Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble Bars!

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries and rhubarb; set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add melted butter and vanilla to the dry ingredients, mix until crumbly.
Press half of the crumb mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Spread the strawberry-rhubarb mixture over the crumb base.
Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Let cool before slicing into bars.
