Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
To reduce iciness in strawberry ice cream, use less sugar, increase fat, add cornstarch or gelatin, alcohol, churn longer, freeze quickly.
Ingredients
500 g strawberries
2 cups of sugar
2 packs of cream 200 ml

Instructions

Let’s clean and wash the stem parts of the strawberries. Let’s put it in a suitable container and keep it in the deep freezer until it freezes.
Put the frozen strawberries in the food processor and grind them until they reach the consistency of puree.
Let’s add sugar to it, grind it in the rondo for 1 more minute and put it in a suitable bowl. Let’s add cream to it and mix it with a blender for 2-3 minutes.
Let’s cover it and keep it in the freezer for about 1 hour.
After 1 hour, take it out of the fridge and blend it again for 2 minutes. Let’s repeat this process 3 times and add ice cream to a suitable bowl.
Let it sit in the freezer for 1 night and serve.
