Make sauce with soy sauce, water, wine, gingers, garlic, sesame oil and cornstarch. Put aside.
Over medium high heat add vegetable oil, cook steak on each side until browned about 1 minute.
You may need to add a little more oil to pan and then add in veggies and cook a few minutes, add in shrimp and cook until they make a nice c shape, about 3 minutes and until vegetables are softened and slightly charred. Add sauce and steak to pan, allowing to thicken and then add in cooked ramen noodles and enjoy!
