Spicy Maple Roast Carrots with Crispy Chickpeas and Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

For the Roast Carrots and Chickpeas:
• 600 g Regular Carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
• 400 g Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander/Cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp Onion powder
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 4 tbsp Maple syrup
• 2 1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
• 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
• 2 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
