Spicy Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

Directions:

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the fresh chopped cilantro, plain Greek yogurt, olive oil or avocado oil, lime juice, sugar, garlic, jalapeño, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add 1-2 teaspoons of water to reach the desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
4. Transfer the sauce to a bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve chilled as a dip, sauce, or dressing.
