Ingredients
8-10 ounces cooked brisket, shredded π₯©
1/2 cup barbecue sauce π
8 slices white bread π
1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature π§
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese π§
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the brisket and barbecue sauce.
Coat one side of two pieces of bread with butter, and put them into a large skillet on medium heat, butter side down.
Top each of the slices with a handful of cheddar cheese.
