SOFT POUND CAKE

GLAZE :

• 1½ cups of powdered sugar
• Small amount of milk depending on how thick you want it
• dash of vanilla
● After cake is made add 1/2 batter then dollop 1/2 graham cracker filling on top add remaining batter and other 1/2 filling.
● Swirl filling in batter trying not to scrape bottom of pan. Tap on counter a few times to remove air bubbles.
● Bake at 325°F for 1 hr 30 min. Add glaze after cake has been flipped and cooled.
