Smothered Pork Chops

Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Dredge pork chops in the seasoned flour mixture.

Brown the pork chops in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side. Set aside.

Sauté sliced onions until soft and translucent.

Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over onions, stir, and cook for another minute.

Gradually pour in broth, stirring constantly. Simmer until the gravy thickens.

Place pork chops back into the skillet, covering them with the gravy.

Simmer on low for 20-30 minutes until pork chops are cooked through.

Stir in milk to create a creamy sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve the smothered pork chops with gravy, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Perfect Pairing: This dish is heavenly with mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite sides.
