SLOW COOKER SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion soup mix, and garlic to a slow cooker and stir well to combine.
Place the pork chops in the slow cooker and stir to coat in the gravy.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
Remove pork chops from the slow cooker and whisk the gravy well.
Spoon gravy over pork chops before serving.
TIPS & NOTES:
Feel free to use cream of mushroom soup in place of cream of chicken.
We like to serve these over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles to soak up the gravy.
