Slow cooker apple crumble

Method:

– Cut up apples and coat in sugar and cinnamon sugar
– Cover base of slow cooker with apples
– Sift flour in a bowl add butter and rub in with hands.
– Stir in sugar and oats
– Spread across apples evenly and press down.

Cook for 2.5 hours on high with a tea towel under the lid and the corners of tea towel flipped up.
After 2.5 hours let the steam out and take the tea towel out and continue to cook for 30 mins to get the top crispy and then serve. 😊
