Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese

Directions:

In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Butter one side of each bread slice. Place four slices, buttered side down, on a griddle or skillet.
On each slice of bread, lay one slice of cheese, a scoop of the sloppy joe mixture, and another slice of cheese. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Cook over medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve hot and enjoy this delicious twist on two classic comfort foods.
