Shawarma Sauce

1️⃣ In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix well until smooth.
2️⃣ Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, and ground turmeric to the mixture. Stir until all the spices are well incorporated.
3️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
4️⃣ Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
5️⃣ Serve the shawarma sauce alongside your favorite shawarma, grilled meats, or as a dipping sauce for veggies and pita bread.
