Recipe for Caesar Salad with Asparagus and Four Servings

Ingredients
Four chicken fillets (boneless and skinless)

Mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Préparations
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. After a few minutes on each side, add
the chicken and fry until golden brown.

When the chicken is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and coat thoroughly with the Caesar
dressing.

Then make sure both the chicken and the Parmesan cheese are coated.
