Pulled Pork Mac ‘n’ Cheese Stuffed Wrap

Instructions

Mix Pulled Pork with BBQ Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the pulled pork with the BBQ sauce, mixing well until the pork is evenly coated.
Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 cup of mac ‘n’ cheese onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
Add the Pulled Pork: Top the mac ‘n’ cheese with a generous portion of the pulled pork mixture, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll the Wraps: Carefully roll up each tortilla, folding in the sides as you go to create a tight wrap.
Heat the Wraps: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Garnish and Serve: Remove the wraps from the skillet and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dollop of sour cream or a drizzle of additional BBQ sauce inside the wrap before rolling.
You can make the mac ‘n’ cheese from scratch or use leftovers for a quick meal.
