PULL APART BREAD RECIPE

Mix yeast ,warm milk , sugar and set aside .

Sift flour and salt ,add eggs and margarine to the flour then add your warm milk mixture .

Mix your dough, if dough is sticky add a bit more flour , knead your dough until its no longer sticky.

Put the dough in a bowl ,cover it and let it rise for about 2 hrs or until double in size .

Once risen knead dough again, roll into a log and slice into pieces .

Put the slices in a greased loaf pan and cover

Let it rise for 30 minutes or until double in size.

Glaze with egg and put sesame seeds (optional)

Bake at 160°c for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.
