Puff pastry squares: a quick and tasty idea for your aperitif!

For the ham squares: Place several slices of cheese and ham on one half of puff pastry. Fold and place on a baking tray. For the tomato squares: Mix the tomato sauce with the olive oil and add a little salt. Spread the sauce over half of the puff pastry. Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Fold the puff pastry and place it on the baking tray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Mix the egg with the olive oil and brush the two sheets of puff pastry. Add the sesame in one half and the poppy seeds in the other.

Cut into small squares.

Cook for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F). Use scissors to divide the squares
