In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan or a 10-inch round cake pan.

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small pieces, about the size of a walnut.

Flatten each dough piece and place a few pieces of pepperoni and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Arrange the filled dough balls in the prepared pan, layering them evenly. Sprinkle any remaining cheese and pepperoni between the layers.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried basil. Pour the mixture evenly over the dough balls.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
