Pistachio Pineapple Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple and instant pistachio pudding mix. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, if using.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour before serving.
When ready to serve, garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit for dipping.
