Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it ready for baking.

2️⃣ Brown the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef, crumbling it as it cooks, until it’s fully browned.

3️⃣ Sauté Veggies: To the skillet, add sliced bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, and minced garlic. Cook until the veggies are soft and fragrant.

4️⃣ Add Flavors: Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle in salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to combine all the flavors.

5️⃣ Mix in Rice: If you’re using rice, stir it directly into the skillet. For a low-carb version, have your cauliflower rice ready in a separate dish.

6️⃣ Assemble the Casserole: Transfer your beef and veggie mix into a baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the top with shredded provolone cheese.

7️⃣ Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese on top is perfectly melted and golden.
