Perfume the house
Sooner or later, everyone has smelled a perfume while walking down the street, or at a friend’s house, which has awakened in us a feeling of olfactory attraction or repulsion . Aromas are powerful creators of memories, in fact they are part of a kind of “DNA” that characterizes a place.
Each of us knows more or less what our house smells like. Sometimes humidity, location, some furniture or old carpets can change the smell of our home.
To create pleasant places and so that our home always smells good, let’s discover together how to perfume the house. It must be said that there is no point in buying a thousand air fresheners if we do not have a clean house.
The first step before perfuming your home is to free it from bad odors produced by different sources as well as dirt and humidity, or from our shoes and even our pets.
Our nose gets used to the smell that “stagnates” in the house, but the same does not happen if friends and family come to visit us!
Smell the house with the oven
If you are part of that group of people who smell like home with the oven, you know how nice it is to return to a warm and comfortable environment at the end of a workday! So without looking too much for diffusers with exotic aromas or those that do not represent us.
The oven is widely used in the kitchen, its use can give rise to a bad smell that cannot be easily eliminated.
This means that when you turn on the oven again, in addition to putting the taste of what we are going to cook at risk, a bad smell spreads throughout the house. And no one wants to bake cookies that taste like chicken!
However, we have the possibility of eliminating bad odors from your oven and at the same time perfume the entire house.
water and vinegar
Vinegar, we can use both wine vinegar and apple cider vinegar, is capable of neutralizing bad odors and deeply degreasing the oven.
To do this, just make a mixture with water and vinegar , which we will put in a spray, to be able to spray it inside the oven.
After letting it sit for about thirty minutes, we can rinse and no longer smell anything.
water and lemon
One of the perfumes that most makes you think of a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. Well, this can be achieved not with artificial fragrances but simply by using lemon.
To make this natural deodorant you must proceed as for vinegar. We will have to prepare a solution with lemon juice and water, measuring 5oo ml of water and 150 of lemon.
After spraying it over the entire surface, including the grills, let it sit and then rinse.
One way to clean the oven and cover up a good smell is to use lemon cut into slices (two or three will be enough), and leave it in a saucepan with a little water.
After turning on the oven at low temperature, leave it on for 30 minutes, until the water evaporates. Once the oven has cooled, simply wipe the now degreased parts with a microfiber cloth.
In addition to having a more fragrant oven, a pleasant lemon smell will have spread in the kitchen.
