Peppermint Crisp Tart
Ingredients:
1 packet of tennis biscuits (or any coconut-flavored cookies)
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 can (13.5 oz) caramel treat (or sweetened condensed milk)
5.3 oz peppermint crisp chocolate bars, grated
2 tablespoons milk (optional, for brushing biscuits)
Directions:
Layer the bottom of a rectangular dish with tennis biscuits. Lightly brush each biscuit with milk if desired, to soften them slightly.
