Now this is something I could eat every day!

Directions

1. To prepare the dough, combine the flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the warm milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 6–8 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size, about 1–1.5 hours.
5. Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a 16×9-inch rectangle.
6. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough.
7. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture over the buttered dough.
8. Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
9. Cut the log into 12 even slices and place them in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
10. Cover the dish with a cloth and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
11. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
12. Pour the heavy cream evenly over the rolls before baking.
13. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
14. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the icing.
15. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls before serving.

Variations & Tips
For a fruity twist, you can add raisins or chopped nuts to the cinnamon sugar mixture before rolling up the dough. If you’d like a more decadent glaze, try using a cream cheese frosting instead of the simple icing. To make the rolls even more gooey, increase the amount of heavy cream poured over the rolls before baking.
