No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
-For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
-For the Filling:
2 cups vegan cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Zest of 2 lemons
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup vegan whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted vegan butter until well mixed.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, forming an even layer. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
