No-Bake Chocolate-Dipped Brownie Bites

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to heat-treat. Let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until well combined.
Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, mixing until the dough forms a soft ball.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Melt the German chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. If microwaving, use 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Dip each brownie bite into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off, and place back on the baking sheet. Repeat with all the bites.
Allow the brownie bites to set before serving. For quicker setting, place them in the fridge for a few minutes.
