New York Pizza Dough

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Stir until a dough begins to form, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough, divide it into two balls, and let them rest for 10-15 minutes.
Roll out each dough ball to your desired thickness and shape.
Top with your favorite sauce and toppings, then bake in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
