How to Prepare Your Detox Drink:
Prepare the Raisins: Rinse 65 g of raisins thoroughly. Place them in a pot with 600 ml of water and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, remove from heat and let the raisins soak for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the Beets: While the raisins are soaking, peel and chop 1-2 beets (about 300 g of beetroot). Add the chopped beets to the pot with the soaked raisins and water.

Boil and Simmer: Bring the mixture back to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 45-60 minutes. This allows the beets to soften and release their nutrients into the water.

Cool and Strain: After simmering, let the mixture cool to room temperature. Strain the liquid to remove the beet and raisin solids, leaving you with a nutrient-rich detox drink.

Add Lemon Juice: Squeeze the juice of 2 lemons into the strained liquid. Stir well to combine.

Serve and Enjoy: Pour the detox drink into a glass and enjoy it. For an extra refreshing touch, you can chill it in the refrigerator before serving.
