Nando’s Peri Peri Chicken


#### Instructions:

1. **Marinate the Chicken:**
– Make diagonal slashes in the chicken pieces.
– Rub the chicken with salt, paprika, and lemon juice.
– Add the Peri Peri sauce and marinate for 3-4 hours, or ideally, overnight in the refrigerator.

2. **Cook the Chicken:**
– Preheat an iron skillet grill over medium heat.
– Brush the skillet with olive oil.
– Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet.
– Cook the chicken, rotating occasionally, until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 30 minutes.

3. **Serve:**
– Serve the chicken hot with extra Peri Peri sauce as a dip.
