My hubby can’t stop eating these! He literally doesn’t believe me when I tell him they are low-carb

Melt Chocolate and Butter:

In a saucepan, melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat.

Add Flavorings:

Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener, mixing well to combine.

Combine with Cream Cheese:

Pour the chocolate mixture over the softened cream cheese.

Mix Thoroughly:

Use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients for about 2 minutes, ensuring a smooth consistency.

Set the Fudge:

Grease an 8×6-inch pan and pour the fudge mixture into it.

Place in the freezer until firm.

Serve:
