Mustard Sauce

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, heavy cream, honey, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mustard mixture to the pan.
Stir in the white wine vinegar and cook, whisking constantly, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite dishes.
